What warranty policy?

Validity of the warranty requires the presence of the serial number of the product, and we reserve the right as an online store to refuse the guarantee in the event that the serial number is removed or changed after purchasing the product.

Warranty scope:

Our obligation under the warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product, or a refund of the product price less processing costs.

How Long is the warranty valid:

It differs from one product to another, and information in this regard is available on the product pages in the online store.

Return or exchange policy for defective products:

The company may at its discretion, choose either to replace any product it deems defective or to refund the value of the product.

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

• misuse or misuse.
• Defects resulting from the use of the product with accessories that are not authorized to be used with it.
• Product defects resulting from improper installation or use that does not comply with the instructions and technical or safety standards stipulated in the product use guide.
• Accidents, public unrest, or any reason beyond the control of the online store.
• Unauthorized modifications to the product.
• Change, delete or remove the serial number of the product.
• The warranty policy does not apply if we reasonably believe that the units or parts have been damaged as a result of accident, fire, misuse, neglect, repair or modifications by any person other than us or our authorized representative.
