- if the payment method for the order was (cash on delivery) and the customer did not receive the order after contacting him through the shipping company for more than three times, the shipment will be returned to our warehouses and the customer will be prevented from using the payment service upon receipt again through the site.
- Responsibility for the risks of loss or damage to the order shifts as soon as it is delivered to the customer, and he is not entitled to recover the value of the order except according to the terms of return and replacement.
